The work, described honestly
Most agency portfolios lead with numbers nobody can check. Ours leads with what was actually built. Where reporting has been verified and the client has approved its release, you will see results. Where it has not, you will see the work and a plain explanation of why there are no figures.
We publish performance figures only when the reporting has been verified and the client has approved its release. Everything else is presented as a project showcase describing the work itself. We do not estimate, model or round up results to fill a gap.

Advisory firm, three service lines
Professional services · 14 weeks · Client identity withheld

Starting situation
An identity built in the firm's first year, three logo variants in active circulation, and a website where the three service lines were described in near-identical language. Proposals looked unrelated to the website.
Objective
Make the firm's difference legible before the first conversation, and give the team a system they could actually use.
Work completed
- Positioning work based on client and stakeholder interviews rather than internal assumption
- Messaging hierarchy and proof points per service line, with genuinely distinct language
- Visual identity system: colour, typography, layout principles and logo usage
- Website rebuild on the new system, with accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA
- Proposal, deck and social templates the team edits without design support
- Brand centre so partners and suppliers pull current assets from one place
Results and evidence
This engagement was scoped as positioning, identity and build. No performance measurement period was included, so there is nothing to report and we will not imply otherwise.
- Evidence status
- No performance data in scope
- Client approval
- Approved anonymised only
