The work, described honestly
Most agency portfolios lead with numbers nobody can check. Ours leads with what was actually built. Where reporting has been verified and the client has approved its release, you will see results. Where it has not, you will see the work and a plain explanation of why there are no figures.
We publish performance figures only when the reporting has been verified and the client has approved its release. Everything else is presented as a project showcase describing the work itself. We do not estimate, model or round up results to fill a gap.

Starting situation
Marketing counted every form submission as a conversion, including newsletter signups and support requests. Sales worked the resulting list and progressively stopped trusting inbound. Neither team could agree on how many leads the month produced.
Objective
Establish one shared definition of a qualified enquiry and rebuild measurement so both teams read the same number.
Work completed
- Qualification criteria defined jointly with sales and documented in writing
- CRM pipeline stages, required fields and ownership rules rebuilt around the real process
- Conversion tracking rebuilt so only qualified actions count as conversions
- Attribution carried from form through to closed deal, including campaign and landing page
- Lead routing with escalation when the response window is missed
- One shared dashboard with definitions documented alongside every metric
Results and evidence
Pipeline figures are commercially sensitive and remain with the client. We can walk through the methodology on a call without disclosing their numbers.
- Evidence status
- Data held by client
- Client approval
- Approved anonymised only
